These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing in this notice deprives consumers resident in the European Union of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not currently do so.
No brand affiliation
Cadrano specialises in creating and selling high-quality custom watches that use NH35 movements from Time Module Inc. (TMI), a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII). Our watches are designed with a deep respect for watchmaking tradition, using carefully selected high-quality parts assembled by hand.

Cadrano is an independent watchmaker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or in any way officially connected to Seiko, Seiko Instruments Inc., Time Module Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. The watches we offer are custom builds that use the TMI NH35a movement, known for its reliability and precision. They are independent creations and must not be understood as official Seiko products.
Any third-party brand names, trademarks or model names that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the components or the design language of a build. Their use does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
Origin of components
The TMI NH35a movements we use are acquired through legitimate channels and incorporated into our own creations. Each watch is assembled and adjusted by our watchmakers.
Customisation and quality
Each watch is assembled individually and manually adjusted to ensure optimal precision. Our process honours traditional watchmaking and delivers a distinctive product.
