At Cadrano, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship with every timepiece. Since our watches are carefully hand-assembled and tailored to your preferences, we take extra time to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Shipping timelines

All orders are shipped within 5-8 business days.

Why the wait? Each of our watches is hand-assembled. This process takes 2-4 working days for assembly, followed by 1-3 days of quality testing. Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, making the total process 7-15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your watch is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and estimated delivery time by email.

Shipping rates

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of 150 EUR and over. Orders below that are charged a flat premium shipping rate at checkout.

  • United Kingdom and Euro Area: 1-3 business days
  • United States, Canada, Mexico: 3-5 business days
  • United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia: 3-6 business days
  • South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia: 4-7 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 4-7 business days
  • Other countries: 1-7 business days

We ship to every country. If your country is not available in the checkout options, please contact us and we will assist you with a shipping solution.

Taxes are included for European Union customers. Other international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, and these additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note

Delivery dates are estimates based on the shipment date. Occasionally there may be delays due to incorrect shipping addresses, weather conditions, customs processes, or other unforeseen factors. We also experience spikes in demand when certain videos of our watches go viral on social media, which can result in delays for popular models. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
