Do you ship to 🇲🇩 Moldova?

Yes. We ship to Moldova with free shipping and tracking on every order. Prices include taxes and we cover any import duties, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Your watch is assembled in 3–5 business days and delivered in 7–13 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Since our watches are custom-made and hand-assembled they require 3–5 business days for assembly and testing. After that, shipping takes 4–8 business days, depending on the chosen courier and destination. In total, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7–13 business days.

Shipping is free on every order and tracked, and taxes and duties are already paid, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

How can I adjust the size?

Our bracelets use a quick-adjust clasp and removable links, so you can size your watch at home in minutes.

What is covered by the warranty?

Every timepiece carries a 2-year warranty on the movement and finish, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Are the parts original?

We use genuine Seiko/TMI movements and high-grade aftermarket components. Cadrano is not affiliated with any other watch brand.

Can I customise my watch?

Yes. In the configurator you pick the case, dial, hands and bracelet and see the watch as you build it. You can also add an engraving on the case back.

If you want something that is not in the configurator — a printed dial, off-catalogue hands or a design of your own — write to us and our workshop will tell you what is possible before you order.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. For several pieces at once, gifts for a team or a run with your own dial, contact us with what you have in mind and the quantity, and we will come back with the price and the lead time.
